在GoDaddy代理(Reseller)注册域名安全可信吗
在GoDaddy的代理(reseller)注册域名，通常可以享受比GoDaddy更低的价格，但是很多人认为，在GoDaddy代理注册域名总是不够放心，觉得没有 GoDaddy的名气大。其实从GoDaddy的代理注册域名除了不能和GoDaddy合并为一个帐号外，其他的跟GoDaddy是一样的。

简单来讲，GoDaddy提供两种形式的Reseller：一种是API Reseller； 一种是非API Reseller(也是通常讲到的那种代理)。
对于API Reseller，简单来说，我们在注册域名的时候看不到GoDaddy的影子。
对于非API Reseller来说，当我们注册域名或购买其他产品的时候，就会转到https://www.securepaynet.net这样的地址，这个域名就是Wild West Domains的，和GoDaddy是一家。
非API Reseller对于GoDaddy来说，更多的是广告和提高销量的作用。GoDaddy为这种代理(Reseller)做除了产品定价外所有的事情(包括收费、帐号审核、技术支持等)。这种代理的收入也是GoDaddy每个季度支付的。做GoDaddy的非API Reseller可以说不需要准备任何东西，只需要设置价格，每年交一定的年费就可以了。
现在，回到文章标题讨论的问题，在GoDaddy代理(Reseller)注册域名是否安全可信？回答是肯定的，安全可信。
GoDaddy的代理除了能设置价格外，无法做其他的任何事情，其他的事情由GoDaddy来管理。事实上域名管理后台都是和GoDaddy的一样的，你对域名的控制权和在GoDaddy上是一样的。
最后，一个重要的问题，如果GoDaddy的那个代理(Reseller)不再做了，那域名怎么办？
根据GoDaddy的说明(http://help.godaddy.com/topic/557/article/747)，GoDaddy为这样的客户建立了一个专门的Reseller帐号，如果某个Reseller的帐号取消后，所有这个帐号下的客户将被转移到那个专门的Reseller帐号上，并且邮件通知这些客户，这些客户的相关信息都不会发生改变，也不会影响域名的正常使用。
